2003 October 15:
The alcohol continues - made some nice chicken soup last night and my craving for eggs sunny side up has not subsided. Today was Arad's 1st birthday and it was great because I got to see Galia, Hanita, Ari and Shahaf - I haven't seen them in months. I really do have to invite them over - I owe Arad a b-day present, and Hanita a wedding gift. I'm also staring at my travel itinerary in the face. SF, Orlando, London, and maybe Israel and New York - all within the next month. Looks like I'll be livin' on a plane. Drank w/ Z and some friends tonight too - the number of drinks I'm downing a week is getting alarmingly high. It better start snowing soon.

1) get a roller bar set + fuild trainer. 2) install heat fan and over head heat lamp. 3) towels to product your bike from sweat. 4) trick your mind into thinking that you are really riding up a 6 mile climb in 90 degree sun instead of pedal in your garage...then you are all set :) and no one is gonna scream about your lack of helmet either >:)
