2003 June 9:
blogging from ATL where the players play. Trying to close out some business here and all I got to say is dayem it's bright here. Biked about 60 miles around lake washington on saturday and Hanita, I stopped by your house on the lake, but you weren't home! The Trionfo is so fast 60 miles doesn't even make me break into a sweat anymore - as long as I'm moving. The 55 miles last time around the lake on the mountain bike was only about twice as hard. Funny thing is that the only thing that hurts is my butt. That seat is still out of place and is damn hard. Moving up the coast to New York tonight and I need to call up some old friends and see what they're up to. Also went to the SIFF and I saw Power Trip and Hewbrew Hammer. Both were quite entertaining - Power Trip highlighted the troubles a western power company had in trying to bring electricity to a former communist state economy and the difficulties of privitization. Hewbrew Hammer was just funny - although it would probably be funnier if I knew some hebrew. It would actually help me at work as well. The heroine in Hewbrew Hammer was foine too! My sister is also planning a summer trip up to Alaska. I hope that it all works out and the family gets to visit.
